Local Services Tax (LST)
The Borough of Marcus Hook imposes a Local Services Tax in the amount of $52 per year for all employees who live or work in the Borough of Marcus Hook, with an exemption for employees earning less than $12,000 in earned income in that calendar year. It is the employer's responsibility to withhold this tax from their employee's paycheck and remit to Keystone Collections Group.
