Nonconforming Use Public Hearing

Please be advised that the Marcus Hook Borough Council will meet in the Municipal Administrative Building, 1111 Market Street, Marcus Hook, PA on June 24, 2021 at 7:00 PM to discuss and review an application to continue the nonconforming use of 4 W 8th Street, last used as a school building, to house medical and diagnostic laboratory, diagnostic research and development, contract biological research/test assay production and associated general office use.

Anyone wishing to be heard with respect to the proposed application should be present at that time.
