MARCUS HOOK BOROUGH
PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Marcus Hook Borough Council will be conducting a Public Hearing in the Municipal Building, 1111 Market Street, Marcus Hook, PA, on March 1, 2022, 5:30PM, to determine the boundaries of a deteriorated area in accordance with the Pennsylvania Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance Act, Act No. 76 of 1977 (LERTA), and upon application by Duke Realty Limited Partnership for LERTA designation, and pursuant to Ordinance No. O-22-3 introduced for first reading and advertisement at the February 7, 2022 Borough Council meeting, providing for tax exemption for improvements to a deteriorated industrial property. The properties under construction are located on the southern side of 10th Street and between the Marcus Hook Creek on the east and Conrail Linwood rail spur on the west and consist of 20 land parcels.
Please take notice that a full text of this Ordinance is available for inspection at the Marcus Hook Municipal Building, 1111 Market Street, Marcus Hook, PA, the offices of the Daily Times, and the Delaware County Law Library. Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present at this time.
