Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event

Dispose of Your Household Hazardous Waste Safely:
Think Globally, Act Locally! Delaware County is part of a Five-County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program.  Residents can bring household hazardous waste to various collection points on specific dates each year. If improperly discarded, household products containing toxic chemicals can be a threat to people, pets and the environment.  Never dispose of hazardous materials in the trash as they may harm your sanitation workers.  It is also unsafe to pour hazardous waste down a sink or storm drain as it will end up polluting our drinking water.  This program is offered as a community service to the residents of Delaware County. 

Registration is Required! 

Only household hazardous Waste will be accepted.  Electronic waste and latex paint will not be accepted.
