The Borough of Marcus Hook has partnered with Hera Property Registry, LLC to administer its Foreclosure Property Registration program. To register your vacant property, which is required by Marcus Hook Borough Code, Chapter 157, Property Maintenance, all Mortgagees/Trustees must register online via HERA Property Registry and pay a registration fee.
