Trash Collection Procedure Improvements

Greetings Residents of Marcus Hook!

It has been brought to our attention there are improvements needed in our trash collection procedures.  We are in the process of working with our vendor to correct these deficiencies, but we need your help!

The Borough Code mandates trash is to be placed inside of cans with a lid, after 6:00PM (on Monday night) the night before the trash collection day (Tuesday).   Many residents comply with these requirements, but some do not. More regulations can be found BY CLICKING HERE.

It is also the responsibility of Residents to maintain your sidewalks and keep them clean, clear of debris and clear of weeds/grass growing through the cracks and construction joints.  

WE NEED YOUR HELP! PLEASE HELP US IMPROVE CONDITIONS AND KEEP OUR TOWN CLEAN BY FOLLOWING THE RULES.
