Library Director of Mary M. Campbell Library Honored at February Council Meeting

Irene Wallin was appointed as the Library Director of the Mary M. Campbell Library on February 8, 1988 and has been with the Borough in that role since.  Irene has been with the Borough through good times and bad and has dedicated herself to the betterment of our library.  At the February 4, 2019 Borough Council meeting, Marcus Hook Borough Council honored Irene and presented her with an engraved rocking chair for her 30+ years of service to the Borough.  Irene isn't retiring, but it's a milestone that few achieve in any profession and we are lucky to have such a dedicated individual working for the Borough.  Thank you Irene!
