PA Regional LEAD Hazard Control Grant

The Community Action Agency of Delaware County operates the Lead Paint Hazard Control Program for families in Delaware County with children age 5 and under who have (or think they might have) lead-based paint in their home. CAADC can spend up to $10,000 to remediate the hazard. Must be a homeowner (not a renter) and live in Delaware County, but not in Upper Darby, Chester, or Haverford. Income guidelines apply (new income limits recently released by HUD, slightly higher than last year).
