Borough Council adopted Resolution Number R-20-10 at our October 5, 2020 Council Meeting. This resolution proclaims October in the Borough to be Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this is an important
resolution that attempts to shine light on breast cancer and the fact that it is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in women. As part of Council's resolution, the Borough will be holding a
funding drive where we will be selling breast cancer pins and wrist bands at our Municipal Building for $5 a piece. Additionally, Councilor Joe Flynn donated pink and white, hand-crafted and stuffed
teddy bears that we will be selling for $10 a piece. All proceeds from this drive will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
