2023 Parking Permits Now Available
New Borough of Marcus Hook Parking Permits are available now at the Marcus Hook Police Station, located at 7 W. Delaware Avenue. These parking permits went into effect on January 1, 2023, so make sure you get a new one ASAP to be in compliance with the Borough's parking ordinance.
Upon the submission of this application, you will be asked to present your current valid PA driver’s License, current Vehicle Registration Card, and current PA Financial Responsibility Card (proof of insurance). Expired documents will not be accepted. License must list a Marcus Hook address to be issued a residential parking permit. Permits are valid from date of issuance to 12/31/2025.
One residential parking permit will be issued for each vehicle registered to a Marcus Hook address, but not to exceed the number of licensed drivers in the household. The residential parking permit (a sticker) is to be displayed on the exterior of the vehicle’s rear windshield, top left-hand corner. A residential parking permit does not guarantee or reserve to the holder a parking space within the residential parking areas of the Borough. The permit does not exempt its holder from the observance of any traffic or parking regulation other than residential permit parking regulations or restrictions. No person, other than the permit holder who was issued the permit, is to use a residential parking permit or display it on a vehicle.
