WEEKLY REFUSE COLLECTION
General residential garbage and trash is collected on Tuesday of each week throughout the Borough. Trash is collected and disposed by a private concern under contract to the Borough.

Large bulk items of trash are collected by the Borough Highway Department each Wednesday morning. To schedule a pick-up, stop into the Borough Office at 1111 Market Street, fill out the Bulk Trash Removal Form, pay the fees (we accept cash or check only) prior to Wednesday. Place the items curbside on Tuesday evening where you normally place your trash and our Highway Department will collect them for you on Wednesday morning.
MAY IS CLEAN-UP MONTH
May is annually declared clean-up month in Marcus Hook to emphasize our commitment to a clean town. Free dumping privileges on selected days are often afforded residents in the large trash dumpster at the Highway Department garage. Details will be announced.
